Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to fabric bought online from Blind and Curtain World. Please read them before you pay — you are asked to confirm you accept them at checkout.
Prices
Fabric is priced per metre. The price you see is the price you pay: nothing is added at checkout, and collection from our showroom is free.
Cut to order
Fabric is cut to the length you order once payment is received. Because each cut is made for you specifically, it cannot be returned to stock.
Payment
Payments are processed by Yoco. Your card details are entered on Yoco’s secure payment page and are never seen or stored by us.
Availability
If a fabric turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Collection
Orders are collected from our showroom. We will contact you as soon as your fabric is ready.
Colour
Screen colours are a guide only. Physical samples are available at our showroom.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
