Privacy Notice
This notice explains what Blind and Curtain World does with your personal information when you buy fabric online, as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Your name, email address and contact number, along with what you ordered and what you paid. That is all. We ask for nothing we do not need to fulfil your order.
What we never see
Your card number, expiry date and CVV are entered on Yoco’s payment page. They never reach our website and we never store them.
Why we hold it
To cut and prepare your order, to contact you about collection, to issue your tax invoice, and to keep the accounting records SARS requires.
How long we keep it
Invoice records are kept for five years, as tax law requires. Abandoned orders that were never paid are removed automatically.
Who else sees it
Yoco processes your payment. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else for marketing.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Contact us and we will respond.
